Franchised dealers may conduct publicity only in the name of “franchised dealers of Dongjue Group”, instead of “XX Branch of Dongjue Group”. Except those announced and filed as “franchised dealers” under the authorization of our Company, no one may conduct publicity and sales in the name of “Dongjue Group”, otherwise he will be held legally accountable once discovered.
