Whereas the operation of Peng Yong and his affiliated company is against the policies of our company, we decide to cancel the franchised dealership of Peng Yong and "Shenzhen Yongguan Silicone Co., Ltd." as of January 1st, 2018.
    Peng Yong or any of his affiliated companies shall not advertise or market in the name of Dongjue, and none of his products or business behaviors has anything to do with Dongjue Silicone (Nanjing) Co., Ltd.
    None of our dealers or salespersons shall supply our products to Peng Yong or his affiliated companies in any form or any way, otherwise it will be treated as a breach.
