2012 Q2 and the First Half Year Sales Press Release

     In the second quarter of 2012, our group has recorded a total sales amount of 13,721 tons (including 1,436 tons sold outside mainland China and 549 tons used for our downstream silicone rubber appliances production, which took up 10.47% and 4.00% of the total respectively),at the growth rate of 7.43% from the same period of 2011. During this quarter, its total sold of silicone compound and insulating rubber were 8,659 tons and 849 tons, showing a decline of 3.21% and 38.39% respectively from a year earlier. While the silicone gum sold was 4,205 tons, representing an increasing of 71.77% from the same quarter of 2011. Meanwhile the total sales volume of our new product Liquid Silicone Rubber was 9 tons.

Influenced by the complex factors from all aspects of domestic and international, such as Euro Zone debt crisis, widely controlled to the developing speed and slow growth of domestic high speed railway, electricity industries and other industries, the overall market has been showing a slack demand. For the first half of this year, the total sales volume has realized 25,692 tons (including 3,096 tons were sold outside mainland China and 1,130 tons used for our downstream silicone rubber appliances production, which accounted for 12.05% and 4.40% of the total respectively), falling by 5.62% compared to the first half of 2011. Among the total, there were 6,983 tons of gum, representing an increasing of 1.84% from a year earlier, 16,881 tons of silicone compound and 1,820 tons of insulating rubber, showing a decline of 5.66% and 26.41% respectively from the same quarter of 2011. Meanwhile the total sales volume of Liquid Silicone Rubber was 9 tons.
 
Liquid silicone rubber is a new product introduced by our group. It has been initially put on the market. We will be duly listened to customers' feedback, improve the quality, increase product categories, and constantly meet the demand of customers.
