Addition-curing Silicone Rubber

    This product is a solid silicone rubber cured with addition of platinum as the catalyst. It can be cured at a moderate temperature of 120℃, without any off-flavor and with high thermal utilization rate. The products made from it have higher tear strength than the grade like silicone products cured with peroxide. It is divided into two series: the NE-01 series use precipitated silica, applicable to molding process and food contact silicone rubber products; the NE-09 series use fumed silica, applicable to molding and extrusion process, and can be used to manufacture food contact silicone rubber products and transparent silicone tubes.

Vulcanization condition for silicone rubber: platinum vulcanizator; (0.4-0.6)% added for component A, (0.8-2.0)% added for component B, at vulcanization temperature of (120-150)℃.
